　　 Embarking on a new journey of international exchange and jointly building an educational"New Silk Road"—on April10,under the guidance of the"Belt and Road"education cooperation initiative and with the aim of further expanding international exchange and cooperation,Yangxin Vocational Secondary School officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Perm State University of Russia.This marks the beginning of deep cooperation between the two institutions in areas such as faculty training and student exchange,injecting strong momentum into the long-term development of education for both parties.

　　 Before the signing ceremony,Yan Ruqiang,a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Yangxin County Education and Sports Bureau,Secretary of the Party Committee,and Principal of Yangxin Vocational Secondary School,and Tatyana Dmitriyevna,Professor,PhD in Education,and Director of the China-Russia Education Cooperation Center at Perm State University,each introduced the history and current development of their respective institutions.

　　 Yan Ruqiang welcomed the Russian representatives who had traveled a long way,as well as the leaders of the Chinese Service Center for International Students of Perm State University.He expressed his hopes that the in-depth cooperation with Perm State University would continuously enhance the internationalization level of the school’s key disciplines and create broader development opportunities for both teachers and students.

　　 Tatyana highly praised the achievements of Yangxin Vocational Secondary School and pointed out that Perm State University holds significant strengths in the fields of humanities and social sciences,bioengineering,computer science,and artificial intelligence.She emphasized that the cooperation would not only promote the in-depth sharing of educational resources between the two countries but also build a bridge for international exchange among the youth of China and Russia.

　　 Pan Jianpeng,Director of the Chinese Service Center for International Students at Perm State University,gave a detailed introduction to the university’s joint education model and the comprehensive services provided by the center.In the presence of representatives from both sides,Yan Ruqiang and Professor Tatyana signed the strategic cooperation agreement.At the ceremony,Professor Tatyana,on behalf of Perm State University,awarded Yangxin Vocational Secondary School the plaque of"Quality Student Source Base of Perm State University."The two parties also exchanged commemorative gifts and took group photos to mark this significant moment.

　　 After the signing ceremony,the delegation from Perm State University visited the practical training base of Yangxin Vocational Secondary School.During the visit,the delegation members gained a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the school's advanced educational philosophy,high-quality educational standards,and comprehensive practical training facilities,expressing high praise for the school’s educational achievements.
